Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the Egg Rate India platform. By subscribing to our service (1, 3, 6 months, or yearly) or accessing our daily rates, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service & Disclaimer

Information Only: We provide daily benchmark egg rates, broiler rates, and Barwala market updates for informational and reference purposes.
No Sales or Trading: Egg Rate India is strictly an information provider. We do not sell, buy, or trade physical eggs, broilers, or poultry products, and we are not a party to any commercial transactions between merchants.

2. Subscription & Billing

Plans: Available on 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly recurring or fixed-term billing cycles.
Payments: All subscription fees are payable in advance and are strictly non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Account Use & Restrictions

Subscriptions are licensed to a single user or business entity.
Account sharing, multi-login sharing, and redistributing our rates (via WhatsApp groups, public forums, or competing platforms) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All daily rates, data compilations, and analytics are the exclusive property of Egg Rate India. You are granted a limited license to use the data solely for your internal business and trading reference.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zero Trading Liability: We hold no responsibility or liability for financial losses, trade disputes, quality issues, or contract defaults between buyers and sellers referencing our rates.
As-Is Service: Rates are indicative and subject to market volatility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute pricing accuracy.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

6. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for any breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the local courts where Egg Rate India operates.
